The Subic Holiday Villas (SHV) is a leisure and retirement homes facility located on a 4-hectare land at the George Dewey Convention Center Complex, Kalayaan Heights, Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ).

Of the planned 3-storey buildings to be constructed on the site, two (2) of them, namely: Villa Enrique and Villa Cecilia, with 128 condominium units, was inaugurated last May 20, 2006, together with the Amenities Building, otherwise known as the Club House which houses such amenities as the mini-theatre, library, function room, business center, medical clinic, gym and sauna, coffee shop, etc., as well as the swimming pool and all land improvements within Phase I of the project.

The design of the SHV has made the most out of the 4-hectare flat terrain. The location of the SHV can be described as being like in a “bird’s nest,” because it is encased in nature with forests in three (3) of its sides, and wooded area in front of it just before the highway.

Each building or villa has only three floors to eliminate the stiff and rigid ambiance of high-rise structures.
